Shipping

We process, create, and deliver all of our orders within 5-6 weeks of the order date, and we will contact you once your order has been shipped.

We provide FREE shipping on every order within the United States and a flat fee of $35 per shipment to Canada! We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses.

We put a lot of time into every garment we create, paying close attention to every detail. For this reason we cannot expedite orders. We also suggest that you allow for additional time to include alterations if this is your first order or if your suit is for a specific event.

Hubris Reed currently ships to the United States and Canada.

Simply visit your profile and edit the information accordingly.

Alterations & Measurements

If your order does not fit you exactly as you would like then we will cover the cost of alterations on your garments up to $50 per suit and $25 per shirt. 

You can visit any local alteration shop and some local tailor shops to get your clothing altered. Hubris Reed will cover alterations on your garments up to $50 per suit and $25 per shirt. We may be able to recommend an alterations shop in your area as well, please contact our Concierge department at Concierge@HubrisReed.com with any questions.

To claim an alteration credit, you must have the alterations recorded on the Hubris Reed alteration form. Then send a copy of your form and the receipt from your tailor to concierge@HubrisReed.com. Please also include your name and order number. A concierge member will provide you with the appropriate credit.

 

Note: Remember to update your measurements for the next order to ensure your preferred and perfect fit.

We always recommend having a professional tailor take your measurements. This will help to ensure the utmost accuracy in your measurements and a perfect fitting garment. Simply print out our tailor measurement form and bring it to your local tailor to fill out. Then enter the measurements into your profile. 

Sure! Our instructional videos make the self measurement process really simple. You may need a friend to help you though. And if you want to ensure the utmost accuracy with your measurements though, we suggest visiting a local tailor to have your measurements taken on our Tailor Form.

Yes, Every Hubris Reed suit utilizes a full canvas construction. Having this level of craftsmanship in our suits allows the garment to last longer, breathe better and lose its wrinkles quickly. Most companies who sell off the rack and made to measure suits cut costs by fusing (gluing) the suit together.

*Beginning March 2015 Some Suits Will Be Made With A Half Canvassed Construction. To Request Full Canvas Please Contact Our Customer Service Department.

Orders & Order Process

Please contact Concierge@HubrisReed.com within 24 hours of the initial order and we may be able to add or remove certain customization options if the order has not yet been sent to our tailors. However, this may delay the creation and delivery time of your garment.

We always recommend ordering 60 days in advance of a special event. This allows time for the garment to arrive and for any necessary alterations to be made.
